  • Background Check: average of $12.95 most states
  • ACP101: $99.00
  • Client Certification Course: Initial Enrollment Cost :$79-$209 (based on the client you choose to service)
  • Headset: preferred vendor Craig Claus: call center quality $95-$120 or you may locate your own voip/call handling headset. www.ariseheadsets.com
  • Basic Analog Line required (plain phone line; no cable or voip provider): $25 avg.
  • High-Speed Internet Access (DSL or Cable): $50 avg.
  • Operating System Requirements:
  • Computer with Windows XP, or 7(32&64 bit) ONLY
  • MAC OS; some clients
  • 4GB Ram
