Admissions Process

After your application has been received, reviewed, and accepted a corporate email account will be established for you and you will then begin the first step to working from home by creating your profile and reviewing the Master Service Agreement.

The Arise Ideal Match Voice Assessment, You will receive an e-mail after your profile and MSA is signed with a link and log in information to take the assessment. The Assessment is in place to assess your voice quality and your ability to interact with customers over the phone.

After passing the ideal match voice assessment you will be required to pass a background check. This fee is paid directly to U.S. Information Search. Norris Investments does not receive any funds for the background check. Please note that this is NOT a credit check, rather a criminal background check. We will NOT request a credit check and your credit score therefore will NOT get affected.

Before enrolling in the ACP101 you will be able to view current client opportunities. Once you complete and pass the ACP101 course you will become an Arise Certified Professional, and eligible to work under corporate sponsorship. The ACP 101 is required and teaches you everything you need to know about working from home in general. This is a self paced course that you will take from your computer. You have five-seven calendar days to complete it. There will be a final exam, also taken online. You have two chances to take the final exam and must pass with an 85% or higher to become a Certified Professional.

 

Once you have become certified you are ready to start looking for a new career opportunity. Opportunities are posted on the Arise Portal, which you will have access to, as they become available. When you find an opportunity that you feel like would be a good fit for you, you will express interest. The client will review your request based on your qualifications. Once accepted by a client, you will begin training.

Certification courses are generally 15-45 days long and are typically scheduled Monday - Friday, several hours a day. Flexibility begins even in client certification with varying class times for convenience for your work/life balance. These classes are held online in a virtual classroom, they are not self paced. They are scheduled at the same time each day, no absences are allowed.
